Why Sponsor the Michigan Witches' Ball?
I have sent out emails over the years to pagan businesses for sponsoring the ball. I get very little feed back from those out side the State of Michigan. Which made me ask myself why? As a business it is nice to help out groups, events etc. but the main question is, even why a business is attempting to look altruistic, they always ask themselves what am I getting out of this, besides a warm an fuzzy feeling.

Networking, we have over 12,000 potential customers for you. This does not include the people who surf the site. These are opt in emails to our egroup, website, facebook and my space page (all of where your information will be posted) We can open a Midwest market for your unparalleled by anyone.
Search engine placement. We show up high in the search engine rankings, type witches ball in google we show up in 5th , 8th and 9th, 3 times on the first page alone. 9th in Yahoo and 11th in Bing.
Key word - Michigan witches in google shows us 4 times, 1st page. Yahoo we are listed, 1, 2, 3 and 4th on the first page. Bing, 1, 2, 4 & 5.
So the question is, for $75, and advertising that will stay in place until 10/2011 (about 33 months), can you afford to pass that up?
And for those of you who need the warm and fuzzy feeling, we have only raised the ticket prices one time in 14 years, because of our sponsors. You help continue to make the Michigan Witches Ball affordable to all.
